MEXICAN DISH 
2 lb. ground beef
5 tortilla shells
1 lg. jar taco salsa
Velveeta cheese
Salt & pepper

Take ground beef, salt and pepper; fry until done. Pour salsa over ground beef, use a baking dish and pour a little oil in the bowl so your first shell will not stick then. Layer shell, ground beef mixture, then slice of Velveeta cheese until you end the last with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
