MEXICAN DISH 
2 lb. lean meat
2 can enchilada sauce
White cheese (Colby)
Yellow cheese (Colby)
1 can black olives
1 onion
Tortillas

Fry tortillas. Lay 6 tortillas in dish; cover bottoms with meat, onion, olives, cheese. Make layers. On top lay tortillas, cheese and rest of sauce. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
