MEXICAN HOT DISH 
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. crushed corn chips
1 lb. hamburger
1-2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Mix Bisquick and water. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle 3/4 cup corn chips on top. Brown hamburger and onion. Mix in enchilada sauce and soup. Heat and pour in pan. Sprinkle cheese and remaining corn chips on top. Pour milk over. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Crust should be brown.
