MEXICAN POTATO HOT DISH | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 2 lbs. potatoes, sliced thin (can be peeled or not) 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa sauce 1/3 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. cheese (your choice) Salt & pepper to taste Brown hamburger with onion and salt and pepper. Put potatoes in casserole bowl and put hamburger mixture and cheese on top and pour salsa over the top. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done. |
