1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 jar El Chico jalapeno red sauce
Taco flavored Doritos
Grated cheese
1 lg. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown meat and onion; drain fat and juice. Add soups and red sauce, stir well and heat. Pour 1/2 meat mixture into casserole dish. Cover with Doritos. Pour remaining meat mixture over this, top with grated cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted and meat is hot and bubbly.
