STUFFED PEPPER STYLE RICE 
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
1 green pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp. beef base (Minor's or Knorr)
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
pepper, to taste

Prepare rice as directed on package.

Sauté all remaining ingredients until soft. You may add water if needed. When rice is done add to your skillet and mix well. Continue cooking until it reaches desired consistency.
