Just a wonderful, quick, tasty dip that never fails to deliver. You can up the onion flavor by adding less sour cream. I also use it to top baked potatoes, though I think it would also make a great "dressing" for potato salad, a delicious burger or steak sandwich-topper, or a savory dip for chicken or steak fingers. (Can thin with a little milk if necessary). Yummy!
