HOT TACO DIP 
(Golden Heart Staff Room Favorite) 1 med. onion, diced 2 pkg. taco seasoning 1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 can refried beans Diced jalapeno pepper to taste

Brown ground beef with diced onion, drain fat. Add taco seasoning plus 2 cups water to meat. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

Mix in crock pot: 1 lb. Cheddar 1 can refried beans Jalapenos to taste

Set crock on low, stir occasionally. Ready to go when heated through and cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
