LOW CAL TUNA CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked macaroni
2 cans tuna, drained
8 tsp. butter
4 oz. grated cheese (American, Long Horn, etc. - more oz. if you use Weight Watchers)
1 chopped onion
1 chopped pepper
1/4 c. skim milk
1/4 oz. bread crumbs (optional)

Mix macaroni, tuna, and cheese in a bowl. Mix and cook butter, onions, and peppers for 2 minutes. Add to mixture in bowl. Spray casserole dish with Pam. Pour in all ingredients. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

Makes 4 servings: 1 protein, 1 fat, 1 bread, 1/4 vegetable, 5 optional calories without bread, 30 optional calories with bread crumbs.
