LOW CAL - SUGAR COOKIES | |
3/4 c. butter 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. Sweet 'N Low granulated sugar substitute 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/8 tsp. salt Cream butter, sugar and the Sweet 'N Low. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Cover and chill 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Divide dough in half. On floured surface, roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut out cookies and bake on ungreased baking sheets Bake 7-9 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Makes about 3 dozen cookies. 3 cookies per serving - 125 calories per serving. |
