EASTER DINNER HAM 
1 (4 lb.) fully cooked boneless ham
2 cups apple jelly
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Place the ham in a baking pan. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.

Mix apple jelly, Dijon mustard, ginger and brown sugar in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until the jelly melts, stirring occasionally. Remove the ham from the oven. Pour the mixture over the ham. Bake ham for 30 minutes longer.
