SAUCY HOT DOGS 
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. chili powder, or to taste
1 lb. hot dogs, sliced

In a large skillet cook green peppers and onion in oil. Stir in tomato paste, one can of water and chili powder. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Add sliced hot dogs and cook 10 to 15 minutes longer. Serve over rice, or on buns as a sandwich. Makes 6 servings.
