DELICATE EGG AND CHEESE BAKE 
8 eggs
1 env. Good Seasons Italian dressing
1/2 red or green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. flour
3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (12 oz.) sm. curd cottage cheese
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/3 c. melted butter

Beat eggs and salad dressing in large bowl. Stir in cheese, cottage cheese and chopped pepper. Mix flour with baking powder. Stir flour mixture and butter into cheese mixture. Pour into greased 8 inch pan. Bake 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 8 servings.
