CHEESE, EGG, AND BACON BAKE 
1 box unseasoned croutons
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
Salt & pepper
4 eggs, beaten
6 or 8 slices bacon

Grease a 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Layer 1: croutons. Layer 2: Mix cheese, mustard, milk, salt and pepper, and eggs. Pour over croutons. Layer 3: Fry bacon and lay on top. Cover with foil. Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees about 50 minutes.
