BACON-CHEESE BAKE 
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 doz. eggs
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled

Saute mushrooms and onion in butter. Beat eggs; add grated cheese, cottage cheese, sauteed onions and mushrooms and most of bacon. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan and sprinkle rest of bacon on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes; lower heat to 325 degree and bake for another 15 minutes or until done. 8 to 10 servings.
