DELICATE EGG AND CHEESE BAKE 
8 eggs
1 env. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (12 oz.) container sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 red or green pepper, chopped
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. Calumet baking powder
1/3 c. butter, melted

Beat eggs and salad dressing mix in large bowl. Stir in cheese, cottage cheese, and chopped pepper. Mix flour with baking powder. Stir flour mixture and butter into cheese mixture.

Pour into greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 8 servings.
