8 eggs
1 env. Italian salad dressing mix
3 c. (12 oz.) shredded cheese
1 container (12 oz.) curd cottage cheese
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. butter, melted

Beat eggs and salad dressing mix in large bowl. Stir in cheese, cottage cheese and pepper. Mix flour with baking powder. Stir flour mixture and butter into cheese mixture. Pour into 8 inch baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
