CORN DOGS 
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. hot dogs

In bowl stir together five ingredients. Add milk, egg, paprika, mustard, and pepper until smooth.

Dip hot dogs into batter. Heat oil over medium heat to 350 degrees; carefully add meat to hot oil. Fry 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
