CORN DOGS 
2/3 c. enriched corn meal
1/3 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. wieners

Combine corn meal, flour and salt; add egg, oil and milk. Coat each wiener with flour and insert tines of fork or wooden skewer. Dip into corn meal mix, coating all sides. Cook in hot oil (375 degrees) until golden brown. Serve with mustard, catsup or chili sauce.
