CORN DOGS 
1 c. self rising flour
1 c. self rising cornmeal
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter

Combine cornmeal, flour and sugar. Add milk to egg and add to flour mixture. Add melted butter. Dip hot dogs in batter, drain excess over bowl. Fry in 375 degree oil for 3 minutes.
