CRISPY CORN DOGS 
1 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. yellow corn meal
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
12 to 16 weiners

Combine all dry ingredients. Add milk, egg and butter to mix until smooth. Dip weiner 1 at a time in batter one at a time. Fry until golden brown in oil.
