PORK AND RED CHILLE STIR-FRY 
1 lb. lean, boneless pork loin, sliced thinly
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans, defrosted
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. rice vinegar

Stir-fry pork and garlic in hot skillet for 2 minutes. Add beans, stir-fry an additional 3 to 4 minutes until beans are tender. Push pork and beans to one side of pan; add remaining ingredients, stirring constantly to mix. Stir in pork and beans. Serve immediately with hot, cooked rice or shredded lettuce. Serves 4.
