CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 cans creamed chicken soup
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. salt
2 sm. pkgs. sliced almonds (optional)
2 c. celery
2 tbsp. onion
2 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 to 4 cooked chicken
6 hard boiled eggs
Cheese (grated)
Crushed potato chips

Mix and cook first 6 ingredients until hot. Add rice, lemon juice, and chicken; mix. Top with sliced eggs, cheese, and chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
