CHICKEN NO-PEEK | |
1 pkg. wild rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 c. cold water 4 chicken breasts, halved 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix Sprinkle rice in buttered oblong baking dish. Mix cream soup and water. Pour over rice mix. Arrange chicken on rice. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover dish tightly. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Makes 8 servings. |
