CHICKEN NO PEEK 
4 chicken breasts, skinned
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice, brown or white
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. mushroom gravy mix
1/2 pkg. onion gravy mix
1/2 c. water

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pour rice into baking dish. Add soups, stir well and add water to make rice mixture soupy. Place chicken over top of rice. Sprinkle with gravy mixes. Bake 1 hour or until rice is thoroughly cooked. Check after 30 minutes to make sure mixture is not too dry. If needed, add more water.
