BISCUITS SUPREME 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 stick butter
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. sugar
2/3 c. milk

Mix all dry ingredients together. Cut in butter. Stir in milk. Handle as little as possible. Roll out about 1/2 inch thick. Cut with small cutter (about the size of a juice glass). Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes 16 biscuits.
