MINTED FRUIT PUNCH | |
1 tsp. dried mint leaves 1/2 c. honey 1 c. orange juice 1 c. grape juice 3/4 c. lemon juice 2 c. chilled carbonated water Lemon & orange slices Combine 1 1/2 cups boiling water and mint leaves; let stand for 5 minutes. Stir in honey. Add orange, grape and lemon juices. Cover and chill. To serve, strain the mixture through several thicknesses of cloth; stir in carbonated water. Garnish with fruit slices. Makes 8 (7 ounce) servings. |
