MINTED GRAPEFRUIT COCKTAIL 
2 c. canned or fresh grapefruit juice
2 tbsp. lime syrup
1 c. ginger ale
1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh mint
1 c. fresh or canned orange juice
2 1/2 tbsp. granulated sugar
2 c. finely crushed ice

Combine grapefruit juice, lime syrup, orange juice and granulated sugar; chill. Just before serving, add ginger ale and ice, then pour over 1/4 teaspoon chopped mint arranged in each of 6 cocktail glasses. Serve very cold.
