FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail (in syrup)

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 15 x 9 pan. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35 to 50 minutes. Test with straw to be sure cake is done.

GLAZE:

1 stick of butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c. canned milk
3/4 c. sugar

Mix in sauce pan, boil for 1 minute. Pour over warm cake.
