FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE | |
2 eggs, beaten 1 #303 can fruit cocktail (syrup & all) 2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch pan. GLAZE: 1/2 c. Pet milk (often I use regular milk) 3/4 c. sugar 1 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla Boil above for 5 minutes. Take off fire and add vanilla. Pour over cake when hot out of oven. |
