JELLO CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE 
1 pkg. Jello chocolate instant pudding & pie filling
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil

Blend all ingredients together. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Bake in greased and floured 10 inch tube pan at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.

I really liked this recipe. I think it's moist but could be a little bit more with maybe 1/2 c. of oil instead of 1/4 c. I made cupcakes and baked about 16 minutes and they were very golden brown. I used a cool whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar icing on top with a slice of strawberry.

Recipe was great! Used 1/2 a cup of oil and it was awesome. Birthday boy ate most of it and the one person in my family that never eats anything different ate the rest. Its a great recipe.

I also used 1/2 cup of oil after reading the comments by others. But my oven tends to cook things faster than most recipes say, so the cake was done in about 40 minutes. I made homemade chocolate frosting using the recipie on the Hershey cocoa powder container. I cut the ingredients in half though. But this is the best chocolate cake I have ever made. The frosting and cake just mesh perfectly together.
