APPLE PIE CRUNCH 
1 box cake mix (yellow)
1 can apple pie filling
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. softened butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix butter and cake mix until crumbly. Pat mixture into ungreased baking pan (mixture should come up around sides of pan). Bake mixture for 10 minutes. Spread apple pie filling over warm mixture. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Mix sour cream and egg. Pour over mixture. Bake for 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
