CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 sm. chicken, cooked and deboned
1 carton sour cream
1 c. (or more) sharp cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bunch broccoli (cooked or lg. bag frozen floweretts)
1 bag yellow rice (cooked)

Mix in large bowl all ingredients adding a little mayonnaise if too thick or reducing some sour cream if too runny. Garnish with cheese nips, crushed and cook until browned and bubbly. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
