CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breast or 1 chicken, cut up
1 pack yellow saffron rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
3/4 c. water

Grease 13"x9"x2" pan and put in rice. Pour 1 cup water over rice. Put chicken on top of rice. Next pour soup over chicken. You may add 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained, if you desire. Pour 3/4 cup water over top and cook 1 1/2 hours at 325 to 350 degrees.
