CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked rice
2 c. boiled chicken, cut up
1 cut up celery
2 hard boiled eggs
1 - 2 chopped cloves of garlic
1/2 chopped yellow onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Potato chip

Boil and cut chicken to bite sizes. Cook rice regularly. Combine everything but chips; stir well. bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour uncovered. Stir; put chips on top. Bake again for 20 to 30 minutes. You can add the chicken broth if it gets too dry (usually 1/2 cup or so before putting the chips on).
