CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
4 c. picked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 1/4 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine
2 c. crushed potato chips

Combine ingredients and let stand at least one hour before cooking. Then cover with crushed potato chips. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
