CHICKEN CRUNCH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped almonds
1 can cream of mushroom soup (thinned a little)
1 med. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Potato chips

Combine liquid ingredients and seasonings. Pour over rest of ingredients (can be refrigerated overnight). Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top. Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
