THE BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE IN THE
WORLD
 
1 pkg. chocolate fudge cake mix
1 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding mix
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

In a large bowl, add ingredients in order listed and mix together very well. Turn into a well-greased bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Leave in pan for 10 minutes before turning onto cake plate.

Drizzle your favorite chocolate icing on top or sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar.

This is a delicious cake, good for school affairs. Frost with strawberry icing.

STRAWBERRY ICING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick sweet butter, barely softened
3 med. strawberries (more if you like it pinker)

Hand beat the butter, then gradually add the sugar, using a hand-held electric mixer and add the strawberries. When it is blended (do not over beat), frost the cake. Makes 2 batches if you need to double it.
