EASY PEACH CUSTARD PIE | |
1 16 oz. can sliced peaches 1 cup granulated sugar 2 tablespoons flour 1 large egg 3 tablespoons peach juice 1/2 stick butter 1 frozen pie shell Drain peaches (reserve juice). Place in 1 frozen pie shell,(thawed and pricked lightly.) Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and pour evenly over peaches. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F. Makes 1 pie. Submitted by: Chuck |
