4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
25 lg. marshmallows
1 c. butter
13 oz. milk chocolate chips
13 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 oz. Bakers unsweetened chocolate
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Mix sugar, milk, vanilla and butter in heavy saucepan. Bring to boil for 2 minutes.

Turn off heat and add marshmallows. Stir until melted.

Add chocolate and stir until melted.

Add nuts.

Pour onto greased sheet and chill.
