4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter
13 oz. Hershey's milk chocolate bars
12 oz. semi-sweet morsels
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
25 lg. marshmallows
1 c. nuts (opt.)

Boil sugar, milk, vanilla and butter for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off heat. Add each chocolate one at a time, stirring until melted. Add nuts. Pour into 9 x 13 inch dish. Keep refrigerated. (Will freeze.)
