4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. milk
25 lg. marshmallows
1 c. nuts
13 oz. Hershey's milk chocolate bar
12 oz. Nestles chocolate bar
2 oz. Bakers unsweetened chocolate

Melt butter, milk and sugar on a medium heat. Add marshmallows and cook to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and add all of the chocolate and stir until melted. Quickly stir in nuts. Pour into a 9 x 13 buttered pan and cool completely before cutting.
