| LEMON AND CREAM CHEESE PIE | |

Graham cracker crust 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding 2 c. milk Soften cream cheese. Put cream cheese and 1 cup milk in blender. Blend until smooth. Add another cup of milk and the lemon pudding. Blend again. Pour at once into crust. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles. | |

Very tasty, and very light and creamy. This is the same recipe I've been making for over 40 years (minus the sprinkles.) I decorate the top with 1 tablespoon of the graham cracker crumbs that I used for the pie crust.
