LEMON AND CREAM CHEESE PIE 
Graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding
2 c. milk

Soften cream cheese. Put cream cheese and 1 cup milk in blender. Blend until smooth. Add another cup of milk and the lemon pudding. Blend again. Pour at once into crust. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles.

Very tasty, and very light and creamy. This is the same recipe I've been making for over 40 years (minus the sprinkles.) I decorate the top with 1 tablespoon of the graham cracker crumbs that I used for the pie crust.
