EASY PASTA SALAD 
Tri-colored corkscrew pasta, cooked, rinsed and cooled
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 can small pitted black olives
1 pkg Broccoli florets, frozen (steam in the bag)
1 pound mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 cup thin sliced pepperoni
8oz bottle of zesty Italian dressing

Assemble ingredients in a large bowl, pour all the dressing and toss together, chill for two hours.

This is a great summer side dish for barbecues.

Serves 6-8 people.
