FRIDAY NIGHT FISH STEW 
1 lg. onion, sliced
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. catsup
1 1/2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tsp. steak sauce
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 1/2 lbs. fish fillet

Saute onions in butter until soft, about 5 minutes, in frying pan. Add catsup, lime juice, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Cut fish into small pieces, place in frying pan, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Serves 4.
