DIET POTATO SALAD | |
2-3 c. cooked cauliflower, cooled & chopped bite size 2 hard boiled eggs, cut up 1 green pepper, chopped sm. 1 lg. onion, minced 1 sweet pickle, chopped 1 stalk celery (1 piece off the stalk) 1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional) Mix together and salt with lite salt substitute. Make creamy by adding mixture of mustard, light salad dressing and a little sweet pickle juice. Sprinkle with paprika on top. Serves 6. 115 calories per serving. |
