SHREDDED B B Q BEEF SANDWICHES 
6 lbs. arm cut beef roast
1 or 2 stalks celery, chopped
3 lg. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
14 oz. bottle ketchup
2 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water

Put meat in roaster or crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Bake covered at 325 degrees (if in roaster) for 4 to 5 hours or at low temperature for 8 to 10 hours, if in crock pot. Remove fat and bone. Shred meat by pulling apart with forks. Serve on buns. Yield: 10 servings.
