LOBSTER PATE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/4 c. white wine 1/4 tsp. onion salt 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1/8 tsp. dried dill 1 1/2 c. cooked lobster, finely chopped (canned or fresh) Soften cheese. Beat in wine until smooth and creamy. Blend onion, salt and dill. Stir in lobster - cover and refrigerate several hours. (To serve as dip, add wine and sour cream.) |
