2 c. raw apples, cubed
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

In one bowl combine apples and egg, stir and mix well. Add sugar, cooking oil, flour, spices, nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Bake in greased pan (oblong) at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

NOTE: Before I put it in the oven I sprinkle cake heavily on top with more cinnamon to make a topping.
