RAW APPLE CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. powder
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. apples, chopped
1 c. nuts

Beat eggs and sugar well. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake 1 1/2 hours in loaf pan or Bundt pan. If using oblong pan, bake 1 hour. Bake at 325 degrees. Do not over-cook. Makes a big cake.
